Do I require a credit card to hire a coach?
No. A credit card is not required.
Travel only in Italy or also abroad?
We undertake travel both in Italy and abroad.
Are animals allowed to travel on the coach?
Yes, but only small sized animals, and only in the approved holders. Animals are not allowed outside the approved holders during the journey, or held by a passenger, or kept on the seats.
Does the acceptance of a quotation constitute a form of agreement?
In the case of an accepted quotation, we will send you, via email, a ‘Coach Hire Contract’, where all the hire details economic and for insurances and the conditions are indicated. It must be signed by the Client and returned to our offices.
What must I do in the case of any articles and valuables going missing?
In the event of any article becoming lost on the coach during a journey it is necessary to immediately inform the driver, and send, as early as possible, an email to our offices clearly indicating the date and the place of travel, the description of whatever is missing, and a contact telephone number or address in the event that missing objects are found.
